
With hundreds in attendance, 31 vendors from nine countries participated at the Eid Bazaar organized by the Women for Success, a non-profit organization on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 2261 S Hamilton Road, Columbus, Ohio.

“We had a very encouraging turnout for a first time event in Columbus. The vendors and guests had an exciting time, and everyone is looking forward to the next one,” said Nene Adama Diallo, founder Women for Success.
Vendors at the Eid Bazaar displayed clothes, fragrance, decoration furniture, candles, and other household items.
Nene Adama Diallo said, “the Women for Success Eid Bazaar is not just an event; it’s a celebration of multiculturalism and a platform for small business owners and vendors to showcase their products.”

“We’re creating a welcoming space for everyone to connect, share, and enjoy the diversity of talents; it’s about celebrating everyone’s contributions to our vibrant community.”
“I am happy to be part of the Eid Bazaar,” said Fatimata Athie, one of the vendors at the event.

Also, community leader and former Chairman of the New African Immigrant Commission Ibrahima Sow said “the inaugural Eid Bazaar hosted by Women for Success had a great turnout of both vendors and community residents. The display of cultures and engagement showcases the entrepreneurial spirit of New Americans in Central Ohio.”
The Women for Success is established to create a world where all women enjoy equal opportunities. The organization provides essential tools, resources, and opportunities through educational grants, mentoring, networking, and advocacy. It also offers professional development services, helping with job readiness and providing Google Certified classes ranging from IT to Project Management.
