The Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano has declared open the 2022 “Me and My Pal” drawing contest. The “Me and My Pal” drawing contest is sponsored by the Franklin County Auditor’s office to help promote responsible pet care and ownership.
One of the responsibilities of the Auditor’s office is to license all dogs in the county. The license identifies the dog’s owner should their dog get lost or separated from them and is required by state law.

- Qualifying artists are K-6 grade level students enrolled in a school located within Franklin County, Ohio. The entry must be a drawing completed by the qualifying artist.
