Reynoldsburg, Ohio once again lived up to its proud title as “The Birthplace of the Tomato” during the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival, held August 7–9, 2025. Nestled in the heart of Huber Park, this year’s festival was a vibrant tribute to local heritage, brimming with flavor, music, and a strong sense of community.

Marking six decades of tradition, the Tomato Festival served up a perfect blend and modern festivity. Local artisans and small businesses lined the festival grounds with unique crafts, fine art, handmade goods, and specialty foods, offering attendees a feast for the senses.
Delectable treats and diverse culinary delights kept crowds smiling all weekend, reinforcing what this festival has always been about: bringing people together in celebration of community, culture, and the humble tomato.
Live entertainment took center stage On Thursday August 7th.

Captain Fantastic: The Magic of Elton John lit up the stage followed by a powerful performance from 52nd Street: The Music of Billy Joel at 9:00 PM. While the full entertainment lineup wasn’t officially released in advance, the festival weekend buzzed with musical energy and local talent that filled the park with rhythm and excitement.
The City of Reynoldsburg played an essential role in organizing and executing the event. From managing shuttle services and ride-share access to ensuring safety and smooth logistics. City Officials and Community Leaders helped uphold the festival’s high standards.

Historical recognition was woven throughout the weekend, honoring Alexander W. Livingston, the man who cultivated the legendary “Paragon Tomato” and cemented Reynoldsburg’s agricultural legacy.
With 60 years behind it, the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival proved once again that it’s more than just a community tradition, a celebration of what makes Reynoldsburg unique. Laughter echoed through the park, tomato-themed contests fueled friendly rivalries, and generations came together to create new memories.
