Eritrean Cyclist Biniam Girmay makes history winning Tour De France Green Jersey

In a historic moment for the cycling world, Biniam Girmay has accomplished what many thought was impossible – he will officially be bringing home the coveted Tour De France Green Jersey to the Horn of Africa. This victory is a personal triumph for Girmay and a monumental achievement for Eritrea and African cycling.

Throughout the grueling stages of this year’s Tour De France, Girmay showed incredible strength and determination. He faced numerous obstacles, from challenging terrain to fierce competitors, but he never wavered in his pursuit of victory. He pushed himself to the limit with each stage, showcasing his exceptional skill and unwavering resolve.

Girmay’s quest for the Green Jersey was a testament to his unyielding resolve. Facing off against the crème de la crème of cycling, he embraced the fierce competition as a catalyst for growth, using their strength to spur his ascent.
