The Dr. Tina Pierce Social Justice Scholarship Committee has announced the opening of applications for the 2024 scholarship program, dedicated to fostering a new generation of leaders committed to social justice and community service.

“This prestigious scholarship aims to support the educational journeys of passionate Columbus City School (CCS) alumni and current students at The Ohio State University who are committed to making a difference in their communities,” said the Dr. Tina Pierce Social Justice Scholarship Committee.

Scholarship Details

The Dr. Tina Pierce Social Justice Scholarship is designed for individuals who have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to social justice, equity, and community service. Eligible applicants must be either current students at or accepted to The Ohio State University and must have graduated from Columbus City School. This scholarship seeks to ease the financial burden of higher education for those who are poised to become the next leaders in social justice advocacy.
