Columbus, Ohio-based Attorney Ismail Mohamed has flagged off his campaign for a second bid to contest for the Ohio House of Representatives seat District 3 against four other candidates in the Democratic primary on August 2, 2022.

Ismail Mohamed, who received the endorsement of Representative Dontarious Jarrells at the flag off will be running against Kelly Harrop, Mayo Makinde, DaVon Marshall and Lamar People

Ismail Mohamed promised to be the voice of the diverse communities of District 3 focusing on education, job, and small business development.

Meanwhile only J. Josiah Lanning (Republican Party) is running for election to the Ohio House of Representatives to represent District 3. He is on the ballot in the Republican primary on August 2, 2022.

The general election will hold on November 8, 2022.
