Columbus City Mayor Andrew Ginther is considering measures to reduce crime related activities within the new American community
“Everyone deserves safety in Columbus, no matter where they are born, where they work, or worship,” said Mayor Andrew Ginther in an interview.
“I am working with Police Chief Elaine Bryant to reach out to the community to know what is going on and with other issues in this community. We will continue to work with other folks within the community on gun violence and we are committed to protecting everyone in this community.”
He said proactive visibility such as sending out the bike patrol will be considered.
