- Over $250 Million released in first round
Governor Mike DeWine has said that a second round of benefits to assist thousands of Ohio children who qualify for free or reduced-price meals, but are learning remotely, will soon be mailed out for the purchase of nutritious foods through the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer.
“Ohio Job Family Services, JFS will issue the second round of benefits later this month to eligible children,” said Governor Mike DeWine.
“Parents don’t need to apply as benefits will be loaded to Ohio Direction card or one will be mailed.”
