Ohio Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano has warned property owners to be cautious when signing and mailing important documents after fraudulent letters supposedly from the state of Ohio were received by some county residents, which could result in multiple consumers claiming ownership of the same property.
The fake letter, which attempts to mimic an official correspondence and uses the state seal, claims that there are mistakes on the property owner’s deed and asks them to sign and send a new “quit-claim deed.”
Consumers are advised that the Franklin County Auditor’s office does not send representatives door-to-door to sign deeds.
“If there is any question about the authenticity of a document concerning your property don’t hesitate to give the Auditor’s office a call. We will do everything we can to protect homeowners from unscrupulous criminals,” Stinziano said.

Everything posted was actually very logical.
But, think on this, suppose you composed a catchier title?
I ain’t suggesting your information is not solid., but suppose you added a title that grabbed
people’s attention? I mean ThisWeek: Stinziano Warns Property Owners about Fake Letters –
The New Americans MagazineThe New Americans Magazine is kinda plain. You could glance
at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news headlines to get people interested.
You might add a video or a pic or two to get readers interested
about everything’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it could bring
your website a little bit more interesting.
