Early Life

I grew up in a family where my parents were successful entrepreneurs in their chosen trade. From a young age, I learned the importance of managing people, resources, and businesses, and this influenced the career path I chose. I started my career working as a sales manager for Anteo Gideon Nig. Ltd, our family business, where I was later promoted to a project manager. This new position helped me discover and understand the joy and satisfaction an individual can achieve in bringing different resources together to achieve desired goals.
A major outcome of the training received from my parents was the establishment of OBAZ LLC in 2021. The goal was for OBAZ LLC to become a household name, specializing in resource management and offering professional guidance to other businesses, particularly in management. To further enhance my management abilities and sharpen my skills, I obtained a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University in 2023, where I was also honored with an Award of Excellence for the Application of Effective Leadership. I later completed an MBA in IT Management at the same University in 2025.
