Dear Director,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding serious discrimination and unprofessional behavior I have experienced at your office. For the past month, I have been facing continuous mistreatment from several staff members.
Most of the employees I encountered in this office displayed extremely unprofessional attitudes, showing arrogance, rudeness, and clear racial bias. Whenever they see clients,, presumably immigrants from other nationalities, their behavior changes noticeably — they make negative gestures, delay services, and act in a discriminatory way.
As a father of seven children, I rely on this department’s assistance for food and basic needs. However, without any clear reason or explanation, my food assistance was completely stopped.
When I visited the office to speak with the case supervisor, I was intentionally made to wait for two to three hours before being seen. This deliberate mistreatment and denial of service have caused great hardship for my family. I respectfully request a full investigation into this matter.
The behavior of these employees is unacceptable and violates the principles of fairness and equal treatment that public service institutions must uphold. Please review my case immediately and restore my benefits.
I also urge the administration to take appropriate action to ensure that no other clients — especially immigrants or individuals of different backgrounds — face such discriminatory treatment in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
