The Columbus Metropolitan Library has announced three openings for Youth Services Manager at Whitehall Branch (full-time) with Salary Range: $57,803.20 – 86,777.60 annually; Youth Engagement Specialist at the MLK Branch (full-time) with Salary Range: $18.14 – 27.16 hourly; and Maintenance Technician for Property Management (full-time) with Salary Range: $22.55 – 33.87 hourly.

Youth Services Manager – Whitehall Branch (full-time)
Salary Range: $57,803.20 – 86,777.60 annually
Under general guidance of a Manager, this position is responsible for leading and supervising a team of information and Youth Services staff at multiple levels with primary focus on driving the Young Minds Strategy forward.
Youth Engagement Specialist – MLK Branch (full-time)
Salary Range: $18.14 – 27.16 hourly
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with neighborhood youth-oriented agencies and organizations in order to coordinate efforts to support a safe environment for all. Engage with youth in a branch in an effort to maintain an atmosphere and environment conducive to library use and enjoyment with an emphasis on positive interactions. Assist the library staff to ensure that applicable Library policies and the Library Code of Conduct are followed.

Maintenance Technician – Property Management (full-time)
Salary Range: $22.55 – 33.87 hourly
This position independently and proficiently performs a variety of skilled trades associated with general building maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting.
Performs administrative tasks, trains others and serves as backup for the Lead Maintenance Tech or Maintenance Supervisor.
