My Menopausal Journey Story

By Irina Perry

When I was 38 years old, my mother was going through menopause. Our relationship became difficult during that time, and I couldn’t understand why she was so stressed, emotional, and easily overwhelmed. I tried to help by suggesting dietary changes and more alkaline foods, but I now realize she was navigating a season that many women silently struggle through.

Almost a decade later, at 47, I entered perimenopause myself. The night sweats were unbearable — two years of waking up drenched, restless, exhausted, and not understanding what was happening to my body.

In 2022, I began studying herbal medicine more deeply, searching for natural solutions for menopausal symptoms. That’s when I discovered the benefit of Black Cohosh. It supported my sleep, reduced night sweats, and helped calm unwanted stress.

Today, at 54, I’m at the end of menopause and I feel amazing — no night sweats, no sleepless nights, just peace in my body again. Now I educate women on how to navigate this season naturally and with confidence.

Every woman should know this: If you’ve given birth, run long distances, or participated in high-impact activities, your body may develop pelvic pain later in life. Many women suffer quietly, not knowing that natural herbal support exists. Herbs like Ashwagandha, Ginger Root, and Chamomile, combined with pelvic floor exercises, can help relieve pain and restore balance. I struggled for nearly a year — and today, I am pain-free.

Women deserve knowledge. We deserve support. We deserve wellness.
