The 20th anniversary of Ghana Picnic Ohio kicked off at 11.50 am Saturday, August 12, 2023 with the picnic’s band and prayer by Rev. PATRICK Amoah of All Nations Baptist Church at Maloney Park, Joyce Road, Columbus.
Pastor Amoah called for unity amongst Ghanaians based in Ohio.
”Let us embrace our common humanity as we celebrate the 20th anniversary. We will move on and live on.”
President of Ghana Picnic Ohio Kwabena Boamah expressed appreciation for all that have participated and supported the event in the past two decades.
“We are grateful. This is a great celebration and we pray that we will continue to celebrate this.”
