Franklin County Opens New One Door at Heart of Ohio Health

Franklin County Commissioners and Heart of Ohio Family Health will host a ribbon cutting at 5000 East Main Street in Columbus on     Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to open a new One Door branch designed to consolidate services under one roof and make it easier for families to access comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

The branch expands convenient, close-to-home access to health and human services by bringing multiple county agencies together in a trusted neighborhood location.

The new site will connect residents to services from five key agencies: the Office on Aging, Child Support Enforcement Agency, Job and Family Services, Justice Policy and Programs, and Veterans Services.

By consolidating services under one roof, One Door makes it easier for families to access comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

One Door is expected to transform service delivery and positively impact every resident, every day in Franklin County.
