Contestants emerge for 25th District 2020 Ohio House of Reps primaries

After months of consultations, two Democrats’ candidates, Kofi Nsia-Pepra and Mayo Makinde have publicly indicated their interest to contest for the 2020 Ohio House of Representatives District 25 seat, where the incumbent, Representative Bernadine Kennedy-Kent is likely to contest again.

Incidentally, Kofi Nsia-Pepra and Mayo Makide will be having fundraisers on Saturday, October 25, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio.

In a message to friends, Kofi Nsia-Pepra who is campaigning on “Progress Together” said “we need a voice in USA government, please come with friends to support a good cause.”

Kennedy-Kent in 2016 is campaigning on “Ready to Lead, Work and Serve”, told friends in a message that, “I will continue to thank you all for your incredible amount of support over the years.”

In a recent interview with the New Americans magazine, Representative Bernadine Kennedy-Kent said, “I am looking forward to my second term. I hope I can get a third and fourth term. I want to do all eight years. I want to work hard. You can count on me to listen.”
