Book Review: Desiring to Come to America?

Are you desiring to live in America? Do you intend to settle as a first timer in America? if your answer is yes then the book, “Coming to America: Early Life in America and Citizenship” authored by Deba Uwadiae will help you to settle down very fast with adequate information and steps to follow as a first timer in America.

The information in the book will guide a new resident in America with knowledge required to overcome the tough challenges associated with settling down in the dream to live and accomplish in America.

The book is a personal experience of an immigrant that moved to America through the diversity immigrant program, also referred to as US Visa Lottery.

As a massive majority wants to make it to America with great hope and aspiration, the shared knowledge in the book will greatly impact a first timer.

Coming to America is a well-documented book of 87-pages that will teach and provide a person the opportunity to plan and achieve significance breakthrough early enough as a new immigrant in the United States of America.

Every Chapter discusses very important and useful knowledge for one to settle down quickly; and honestly, the book will provide and supply basic solutions on how to navigate the life and culture of the Columbus, Ohio people, and indeed the United States.

Chapter one introduces the reader to an overview of what it takes to fly to America, while Chapter two helps on how to navigate the city of Chicago, Illinois and its traffic, which was the first city of contact of the author in America.

In Chapter three, it is the importance of the Social Security Number to everything a new resident in America will be doing with it both in Columbus, Ohio State and rest of America, while Chapter 4 provides insight on the acquisition of a Driver’s License and its importance for movement in Ohio State.

Insight on challenges associated with securing a job as a first timer and its impact on the family are narrated in Chapter 5, while Chapter 6 discusses how to acquire a car and its numerous advantages to the family of five.

With every society having conditions for renting an apartment, Chapter 7 identifies the critical need to have an apartment to live as a first timer in Columbus.

Education takes prominence in Chapter 8 x-raying the need to provide a good school for the children and the various ways to secure one.

The dream of accomplishment after a hard work with having one’s own house is the narration in Chapter 9. It reveals the key principles involved in buying a house as an immigrant in Columbus, Ohio.

Finally, the goal of an immigrant coming to the United States of America is to become a citizen of America and the details are well enumerated in Chapter 10 telling the process involved to confer the status of citizenship – an American.

Coming to America is a good book, a personal experience of an immigrant, recommended and every detail of it be read, because the knowledge shared in it will equip with vital information to settle down quickly as an immigrant to the dream America.
