The Columbus Metropolitan Library is seeking to hire Customer Service Specialist at the Northern Lights Branch and a Driver at the Main Library in downtown, Columbus.
The Customer Services Specialist is expected to serve “as a primary contact point for customers using the library, ensuring a positive customer experience by determining customer needs, analyzing, and solving problems, and directing customers to appropriate staff and resources,” according to Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager Deborah Plummer.
Also, the Driver/Sorter is expected to sort “library materials in an accurate and prompt manner; places into appropriate containers to ensure delivery to proper location. Operates, loads, and unloads library vehicles as driver. Performs all aspects of transportation services.”
