The City of Columbus’ annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. March, hosted by the Department of Neighborhoods, will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, starting from the St. Paul AME Church 639 E. Long Street, Columbus, Ohio at 3 p.m.
The ceremonial March will end with an event at the Historic Lincoln Theatre scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
“The event is free and open to the public. If one wishes to be part of the march, simply show up at St. Paul AME Church beginning at 3 p.m.,” according to the Department of Neighborhood.
“ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) assistance will be provided as part of the march by COTA Mainstream. Those in need may board the COTA ADA transit vehicle, which will travel with the march.”
The Department added that parking will available across the street from the church as well as across the street from the theatre and on the street.
