Columbus City’s Hall of Fame inductee and Community Leader Imran Malik has received the Franklin County certification to contest for the Dublin City Council Ward 1 seat in the November 4, 2025, elections.
“I am excited and it’s time to roll up sleeves and double down on our work ahead,” said Imran Malik.

“Dublin has made notable strides regionally and nationally, yet several critical areas demand our collective attention to prevent everyday concerns from escalating into long-term issues affecting our constituents.
“My candidacy for Dublin City Council seat aims to address and resolve the key issues for Dublin Ward 1 residents, ultimately benefiting the entire city. Our goal is to build a green, connected, and thriving Dublin that’s inclusive for all.”
Imran listed the key issues as “Roadways and Traffic Congestion, Overdevelopment, Preserving Green Spaces, Affordability and Housing Crisis, Care Plans for Aging Population, Mental Health, Represent and Embrace Diverse Social Fabric, Transparency and Accountability.”
Imran Malik is among the 90 esteemed inductees in the bicentennial Columbus City’s Hall of Fame, class of 2023.
With over two decades of corporate experience, Malik has held several roles as a Process Engineer and Program Manager in Telecom industry, while also achieving success as an entrepreneur in commercial and residential real estate investment sectors. (https://www.electmalikimran.com/)
