With the Central Ohio Transit Authority, COTA/Plus mobile app Columbus residents/passengers can request affordable, on-demand rides from point A to point B in three areas of the city, including Grove City, Westerville, and the South Side at Base Fare of $3 per ride, Day Pass of $6 and Weekly Pass of $20. COTA/Plus aims to reimagine public transportation to offer Central Ohioans mobility solutions that move every life forward.
In Grove City, COTA//Plus provides mobility solutions within the designated zones that include service to the Village of Urbancrest, Mt. Carmel, Grove City, Grove City Town Center, South-Western Career Academy, Evans Center and SouthPark Industrial Area. Customers can request a ride using the COTA/Plus mobile app. Within 15 minutes, a COTA/Plus vehicle that is operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive at the pickup location. Accessible vehicles available upon request.
Similarly, in Westerville, COTA/Plus provides mobility solutions within the designated zones that include service to Otterbein, Uptown and Polaris.
And on the South Side, COTA//Plus provides mobility solutions within the designated zones that include service to German Village, the Brewery District, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Reeb Avenue Center and the Marion Franklin Community Recreation Center. This zone will connect to the fixed route service including the Line 4 (Indianola/Lockbourne), Line 5 (W 5th Ave/ Refugee), Line 8 (Karl/ S High/Parsons), Line 22 (OSU/Rickenbacker), Line 1 and Line 11.
Customers can also take advantage of the COTA//Plus Fisher Road app to travel to and from the Franklin County Corrections Center with ease. COTA/Plus app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
