The Ohio African Community Excellence Awards 2024 will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 2631 Northland Plaza Dr, Columbus, Ohio from 4pm to 11pm.

“Ohio African Community Excellence Awards is an initiative aimed at publicly recognizing and celebrating outstanding individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses,” said member of organizing committee, Joe Appiah.

A joint event between Afro614 Multimedia and Kings Hall Event Center, the Ohio African Community Excellence Awards boats of different categories including Youth Leadership Award, Youth Mentor Award, Best Event Award and Community Service Award.

Columbus City Councilmember Nick Bankston is expected to be one of the Special Guests on the night of the award.
